The existing roof suffered from age-related wear, failing underlayment and plywood. skylight was not in good shape and some leaks form the skylights. our team stripped the old materials down to the deck, repaired structural areas, and installed a high-performance roofing system.

The Challenge
The original asphalt  roof was over 20 years old and showing severe signs of deterioration, heavy granule loss, and localized leaks near the chimney flashing. The homeowners needed a reliable, weather-resistant solution that would lower their energy costs and protect their interior equity.

• Tear-Off & Inspection: Removed all old shingles down to the wood decking to inspect for hidden rot. Replaced damaged plywood sheets to ensure a solid foundation.
